Who doesn't like a pelican or two - just a pity they are swimming away from you. I live next to a harbour and it always amazes me how few pelicans we see. They are more the exception than the rule.Comment

Thank you Ironwood, P Plates and seaslug. In this shot they were swimming away but they were not very accommodating. There was a group of 6 and whenever they were all together, there was always a couple doing their own thing. I watched them for ages so another walk to lake is on the cards. Maybe some food might get them all lined up
