Wow - they move as fast as a speeding bullet and never is a straight line for long - awesome to get one in flight. -

Thanks Greg. I don't use those settings anymore, I use a preset mode set to Shutter Priority and 1/1600th+. Much better results and a lot more keepers.I Shoot A Canon

If the light is favourable I'd recommend faster than 1/1600 Isac. I've captured rainbow bee-eaters in flight at 1/3200 and wing blur is still present sometimes.
Fast as you can go is always a good option.

I do use Tv mode and upwards of 1600 now with great results (most of the time). A lot more keepers than when I used AP. Cheers.I Shoot A Canon
