These blokes are a bit thin this time of the year, while theres still a few about, they dont seem to increase in number until the dry weather sets in, and we still have a couple of weeks left in the "wet" at this stage. That said, I was waiting out front for any one of a hundred or so corellas to lift, which congregate in a yard about 200 metres from home and this one showed up. Totally un-prepared a managed to snap a couple off, with this result.

You've brought out the colours nicely in him. There is a landfill just south of here where they seem to hang out in large numbers all year round.Comment
