Love the pair of noisy miners on the wire and all of them are good bird studies.
The first shot is a bit on the soft side and the composition has suffered a bit by cutting the stationary bird off at the tail however I do enjoy the wildlife side of photography and like to see what others are doing with it. Cheers.

Some interesting shots. Well timed in #1, just a pity the focus is a bit off . #3 of the first set would be my pick, I really like the pose you've captured, not sure whether they are getting ready to dance or fight. Cute little finch and nicely framed by the branch. I like the tones in the last one but looking at the pelicans chests it must be fairly dirty.

The first shot happened while I was taking the birds on the wire in center frame completely unexpected. Hence the focus is off and the tail was just out of frame, Ill get them next time!.. I love getting out there and boy do I need to exercise all taken with 1200D and 55 - 250 STM.
Thanks for looking..

Thank you for the kind comments and critique the Pelicans are bit tricky to process. I can reduce the dirt but blow out the high lights,I went for a balance of detail and highlights..Last edited by Marios; 02-02-2015, 07:47 PM.
