Pelicans

There were a handful of Pelicans on the mudflats along the Esplanade. Was in the morning so bright and glarey.

I did try in LR to get rid of some of the brightness.

A good result considering the difficult lighting. They are fascinating birds. The pelicans are a bit small in the frame though. I think a tighter crop with the pelicans positioned more to the left of the frame would make it a stronger image.

Nice natural shot of the pelicans. I agree could probably use a tighter crop but still a nice photo all the same. Looks even better at large size on Flickr. Well done .
