I've given up trying to identify most shorebirds as I get it wrong more often than not, maybe a Godwit of some kind?
Anyway, first two are good but the first in particular would've been much stronger with a slight head turn towards the camera to catch the light. Bird images generally are stronger if the bird is not looking away from the camera.
#3 looks like a Red-capped Plover but don't quote me on that, I'm rusty at this and don't have my bird books handy.
Looks over sharpened to my eye but nice detail captured.-----------------------------------------------------

I think they are Bar Tailed Godwits, and yep a Red Capped Plover is the last. And yes you are right it does look over zealously sharpened. I should take to wearing my reading glasses when I play around with PP and I one day i might get it right if I can see whats going onCanon 7D , 60D

The plover is very cute. I like the sandy surrounds in that image too.
Some unusual birds to me, nice to see them.
if you are using PP maybe a little cleanup on the forground for the godwits would be nice.
