Great series of shots. I really like 2.
My own fantasy is to catch a flight of geese in V formation. I am still looking.
The straight horizon bit...
Does this mean you had one leg in water and one leg on dry land?Canon, 5D MK3 5D Mk11 300mm f2.8, 28-300 f3.5-5.6, 70-200 f2.8, 100 Macro.

Alan, if my levels pass your discerning eyes then I must be doing something right.
You might be onto something about the one leg on land thing Gordon. Most likely I was kneeling on my legs (keeping low or birds won't come near me) giving myself pins and needles again. I constantly go home with grimy knees, filthy shins and a dirty bum. On occassions this also extends to my elbows and belly and on rare occassions my back, Lol, kind of helps explain my horizons.
There was a major boating/water sports event in our town this weekend which seemed to have really unsettled the poor birds, this is close to a swan V formation.
Probably the most marvellous thing about the swans was hearing them call. It's so beautiful and eerie.Last edited by Phoenix; 04-03-2013, 05:08 PM.

On 5 it is half way between the birds far wing tip and the left edge and slight lower. On the swan photo the marks are in the same position in the frame.

Ahh so bunnies means dust spots...I am a bit slow.
You know when I had crooked horizons no-one noticed the dust spots.
