These 2 Lorikeets were looking at home in the new bird boxes.
This Pacific Black gave off a lovely reflection on very calm water.

Thanks Stephen. It's not easy to get that eye contact when you want it. You get a couple of things perfect but not all. We keep trying.

How nice of the Lorikeets to pose like this, its a lovely composition. All I can ever get is bums on nesting sites or the birds sitting on separate limbs.
Duck is a good looking image. I think the reflection has better eye contact than the actual duck.
I'm glad you like them Jo. Our shire has placed several nesting boxes around our local lake and the birds are loving them. They are offering up some nice photo opportunities. They've even got bat boxes - shame they only come out at night! Thanks for looking, I really appreciate it.
