Art, probably not. Creativity, only as far as you imagination will take you.
I see this as a great tool for people in marketing and promotional areas.

Yes, my son is in marketing and is using ChatGPT and a couple of others extensively to try out ideas.

He says you have to be careful as the text generators lie a lot.
