  • Day to Night

Just experimenting with various adjustment layers in PS, turning day into night. This was a challenge by a Photoshop Gurus member. I have been banned forever from their forum but I still have a look at what's going on there. I used to do heaps of edits for different people, mainly removing backgrounds, changing faces, removing people that are no longer wanted in a special photo, changing hair colours, vehicle colours, making logos, colour correcting and all that stuff. It pays to read the "Rules" before contributing to a forum

Believe nothing that you see or hear - or 'Question Everything', as one of our wayward Northern members is want to say.

Amazing Greg - masterful processing and imagination to think of it. The best 'before and after' I've seen

You're very kind Alan. As you know I love a challenge and this was no exception. Thanks for your kind words. I was able to start by using opening the JPG in raw and starting from there to change the temperature settings etc.

You could have straightened the verticals while you were at it. lol

Had a feeling it would have got your attention. Nice job though.

Thanks Hans. The Photoshop Gurus is a bit of a boys club and a few of the regulars like to think they are the best at editing. But they're wrong - I am
