Hmmmmm - looks a bit like something I have chucked on the dump ages ago
Suggestion .... try boosting saturation to 200% [extreme !!] and see what the rust colours look like

It's a ventilator on the side of an old passenger carriage, what stories it could tell!
I did play around with the saturation before posting but settled on this as the look that I wanted. I like the range of colours which still look believable and it's the shapes of the rusted bits that really attracted me. (That's why I posted in Artistic).
