I downloaded the video and will study it as I have all the gear needed.

Equipment check list:
1 x camera with lens attached
1 x off camera flash - with trigger
1 x tray for water
1 x plastic bag for water
1 x sky hook to hang plastic bag above the tray
1 x pin to prick the plastic bag
1 x biro for focusing
1 x towel - just in case
1 x assistant (pet dog or spouse)
1 x good stiff drink (or 2)
Then, ready - set - go!

I am concerned about you putting the spouse's assistance value with that of your dog, it'll be the dog house for you!!

Thanks Lloyd. The wife and dog are on equal footing most of the time. A man has needs and combined, with their individual skill sets, they both keep me very happy
I reckon you should try the Out-Of-Frame method on one of your photos. I have a tutorial on my website if you want to have a go. It's really easy.
