#3 is probably Glowing Edges in the Filter Gallery.
It is a brilliant venue but hardly ever used, (except for private functions). The bar is a surf boat cut in half and looks amazing. I must try to get a decent photo of it.
At the moment they are trialing a 'Happy Hour' on the last Friday of every month (with Roast Rolls)
These were taken when I first arrived - it did fill up a bit, but it's a huge space
