I like the effect and the lighting but somehow the composition doesn't quite work for me. -

I see a stormy late afternoon .... the chain link fence is there to keep someone out, or someone in
.... the chain hanging loosely is 'waiting' for the next person ... on the right I see dirty concrete, puddles... and shrubbery in the distance.
