Had trouble using a 'book template' (yours included Isac) .... so created my book from scratch following a basic tutorial on the internet.

    ok I won't.

Nice work (I remember that photo)

Now you just have to write the book - in your spare time

I'm also guilty of rushing to post something I'm proud of. I try to force myself to sleep on it

I am an Aries so I have no patience and cannot 'possibly wait' for anything.
This was quite a challenge to do .... I now need to either photograph a book shelf, find a graphic of one or create one (just in case Jack writes anymore books.
Or perhaps photograph the local newsagents so I can 'hang posters' in their window

        Thanks Greg

Considering Jack sleeps 80% of the day, he must have a 'ghost' writer

Great effort Barb. Now you've started your creation of the book, you'll have to tweak it up to get the "real" look to it. I hope you don't mind some friendly tips. 1: Soften the corners by rounding them a little. 2: Use a 2-Point Perspective when you create your book template and then shape your images to suit the shape of the appropriate book section. Here's what I mean....

Thanks for this Isac shall have a go using this when I get 'time'. Is there a simple, neat way to round the corners?

You'll probably find the polygonal better than magnetic, it has more control.

Polyagonal tool more for straight lines? ... I was thinking of using the other to create the curved corners.

You just follow your curve and click closely. Pays to zoom in and you can get a really good curve.
