at Bowning, NSW ......... may have looked as colourful as this if you were road 'tripping' back in the 60's and 70's ....

Nicely processed and composed Barb, the colours are just perfect. Maybe would have like to see the very front edge of the shop awning in frame but I can only assume there was a reason not to.

Brings back memories. Processing suits but that half sign on the left is a distraction to me. Recon if you could have cropped it out and given a little more room on the rhs of the image it would improve the overall look.

        Thanks Lloyd and Greg

I only captured 2 shots of the servo at the time (I'm sure it is still there for next time we pass through) ..... this 2nd shot has more of the scene, but in doing a similar edit the colour of the pink/purple was too over powering ... so went b&w instead.

I like the feel of this one better. Looks more complete and better balanced.

Both great shots Barb. In #1 the pp is fabulous. #2 now is balanced like Greg said. Good stuff
PS what did you use for the frame in #1? I reckon it's great.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

            Thanks Isac

The frame is part of "polaroid transfer" filter in nik colour pro ....... I'm not sure if it can be had on its own. The frame is a white colour in nik ..... I think a vignette in LR has removed the 'brightness'.

Edit: Border is from the last example in Polaroid Transfer .... "coloured border"

While I do like the psychedelic version, the B&W is just fantastic.
          Cheers, Brad.
