Plastic Wrap

I've only ever found one other photo that I liked with the Plastic Wrap PS filter.

Fascinating! How did you come up with it? I do a bit of this stuff with brushes and textures but I have never used plastic wrap - not a fan of the standard effect of it. BUT this is special.
