    Both are effective but I really like all the shapes, angles, shadows in #2 and doubt it would be nearly as impactful without the inclusion of the people.

      Very dark on the left #2 Alan. If you light it up a little I think the detail adds to the ambience. Just me though. The people add a some extra elements - and that's a good thing IMO.
