  • Sawtell Headland, NSW - Pinhole Photography



    Taken 10 minutes before sunset. Exposed for 3 minutes. Set focal length to 65mm (approx. 24mm in 35mm format).
    Kodak T Max 100 4 x 5 film

    Thanks for your explanation on your previous post as I never really knew what pinhole photography was. Amazing result and I really like the leading line of the path and stairs in this. To have to compose by guesswork - you've done an amazing job.

      Thanks PP. The level on my tripod did well to keep the horizon straight.
      It's a bit of a guess work with pinhole photography.
      The only control I have is during the developer stage. Either push or pull the developing.

        Lovely to see an image that evokes such a sense of calm and beauty.

        The method used to capture the image shows a serious dedication to the art of photography and some wonderful skill and vision. Thanks for sharing this.
