Not me ..... the branch was chucked over the fence at the cemetery ... still there

Beautiful Barb!...that combination of colours and textures are working so well together, great find and presentation.
I'm interested in the background, is that natural and if not...are you willing to share? "I reckon it might work with a recent 'Deadwood' pic I've posted"

    Cheers.

      Thanks Gaz

Elements 12 > Quick > Textures > Old Canvas ........ the texture covers the whole image, not just the background

Thanks Barb, had a quick look in PS and Google but I don't have it and can't find similar...pity really, "I won't give up just yet." Cheers.

Yeah I like this Barb and reckon the background suits.

Very effective Barb. But I'm wishing that it wasn't cropped/composed so tightly.

A lot of elements are cut in half, and to me, the leaves on the left detract from the more interesting ones on the right which could work well if you had more pixels to make it a vertical?

But I love the B/G and treatment

    Cheers

Great processing Barb and I really like the tones. I agree with Alan's suggestion compositionally. Would like to see just the middle branch, leaves etc in portrait and all the leaves at the bottom included.

Thanks Alan ...... this is the original ..... fence, grasses etc competing for position .... guess I could go back and steal it and rework

EDIT: the photo was taken with the intention of being arty farty with it
