Placed a white peacock feather on pale paper and then played with it in PS.

The blue ones appeal to me most but interesting to see the different effects. The feather itself tends to get a bit lost in the first two.

Good subject matter for a play. I recon back lit against a dark background would work well.

Interesting exercise with a variety of results,"Isn't PS a great time consumer on a boring day?"
I prefer 2nd infrom the left for it's simplicity.

        Cheers.

Thanks everyone. I took the first one for the Subject 'Delicate', for another exercise, and then just kept playing - yes Gaz you were right

I did take a shot with a black b/g 4 years ago, but not sure if I ever posted it.

          Cheers

Black back ground is a keeper .... the others could be applicants for the 'distort' filter in PS ....
