I did like the first, but now that you have posted the last I would move onto that if you are taking it to the camera club. Has more texture and the shadows give it a lift as well.

They both look good. I probably would clone out the slightly blurry chain in the top right hand corner of the second one, because it looks slightly out of place. Can you present both images at the club, or must it be only one?

Thanks guys. We can present 2 images. I thought the lower links in #1 were a bit oof originally, used f4.5. Luckily I took another image focusing on them and blended the 2 shots - might have a look at #2 to see whether I can do the same.
