  • The Graceful Egret

    This is a huge crop so but I liked the form of the bird so worked in photoshop till presentable. Lots of noise reduction used, then converted to b&w.

          This photo is the reason was we shouldn't always push the delete button. The processing has turned the photo into a beautiful work of well composed art.

            Thank you inapickle. In case anyone's interested I'll post the untouched raw file. Kept because I knew I'd captured reasonably good light hitting the wings and I liked the gracefulness of the pose and knew that one day I'd get around to processing it. Only took me two years. So yeah, don't be in too big a hurry to delete "rubbish" images. Click image for larger version

              black and white covers a lot , but in this case has enhance the img, also the soft focus adds as well worth the effort Lc as been mentioned
