  • Out of my comfort zone

    I had a chat today with a guy that makes some very creative images. I'm a very conservative 'snapper' but after the chat I thought I'd have a go with one of my shots. I actually quite like it, sort of like hands cupping the magenta rose.

    Looks like a successful venture out of your comfort zone to me The black background helps add to the effect.

      Very nice effect,I can picture that with a photo of a loved one in the cup of roses.

      I shoot a Canon 90D with a few bits of glass.

                Thanks guys for all the positive comments. This is the next stage, a blend of 2 images, it may work, it may not. I think I might have the bug now

                  I think that would work better if you could just have the roses and not the hard edge of the rose image in the shot. Way above my skills but I'm sure Alan could help.

                    That is just a positioning shot at 50% opacity so I can see the placement, it will just be the roses in the hands when finished ... hopefully
