Thanks Yes, PS blur added. It was a bit busy and I wanted a calmer look which focused more on the man and birds

Idea: arrange for a fisherman to stand still for a slow exposure so all else is blurry.

Good idea - (would have needed a Big Stopper and bird whisperer here as well though )
