Ahhhhhh the old swipey stripey effect! The colours are just amazing!! My only comment would be that the figure is perhaps a little black and a little sharp and the dog a little indistinct ... this is sooooo close to being just right!!!

Very nice, love how the colours have come out in this image and so simple, it works for me. I think I came across how to do this the other day but as usual in one ear, through the empty space and out the other ear , but I do like this one Alan.

Kath, point taken about the dog - he was more interested in me than his walk when I snapped this. Figure was completely black so I can't recover anything, sorry.

Jenne, in PS, duplicate layer>motion blur it (at the right angle), then just erase the bits on the top layer which you feel might work better if they were not blurred.

I like it .. another $1000 arty effort. I like it although I couldn't really make out the dog being a dog but .. apart from that it works for me, nice layering.
